Ballast Point Construction Inc has an opening for a Project Estimator for Civil Construction Projects.  The successful candidate will prepare and perform cost estimation of construction projects.  Tasks for estimation include but not limited to takeoffs, labor costs, material costs, and equipment.  Proven knowledge of with financial and project management principles  Provided salary of $90,500.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s in civil, mechanical or similar engineering fields
Prior demonstrated ability in project estimations
Strong communication skills
